Refund Policy

We strive to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you exercise your right of withdrawal or return a product according to the return conditions, you are entitled to a refund under the following conditions:


Refund Conditions

Return Confirmed:
A refund will only be processed after we have received the returned product and verified that it meets the return conditions.

Refund Period:
Once the return is approved, we will process the refund within 14 days. In most cases, this happens faster, usually within 7 business days.

Payment Method:
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed upon.

Refund Exceptions:
The original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the product was defective upon receipt.

Any additional delivery costs resulting from a shipping method chosen other than our standard delivery will not be reimbursed.

Products returned damaged, incomplete, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for a refund.

 

 

Return Costs

The costs for returning a product are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a defect upon receipt. In that case, we will reimburse the return costs or send a replacement product free of charge.


 

How do I receive my refund?

Once we have received your return and it has been approved, you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund will then be processed automatically. Please note that it may take several days for the amount to appear in your bank account, depending on your payment provider.

 



Returns

We understand that there may be situations where you are not satisfied with the items ordered. Therefore, we offer you the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.


Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the order must meet the following criteria:

  • Complete and in original condition: The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in the same condition as when received.
  • Normal handling: The product must only have been handled normally. Damage due to careless handling will not be accepted.
  • Hygiene products: Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process is initiated.
  • Defective upon receipt: The product must be defective upon receipt. In this case, we will send a new product free of charge. If you do not wish to replace the defective product and still want to return it, the shipping costs will be at your expense.
  • Shipping costs: The customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return, unless the product is defective upon receipt.
  • Processing time: A return will be processed within 7 business days. If the conditions are met, you will receive a confirmation of the return within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that the items have been used or damaged.


How to return


If your order meets the above conditions, you can start the return process by sending an email to: info@oliyohydration.nl. Please include the following information in the email:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of breakage
  • First name and last name
  • Address


After receiving your email, we will contact you and provide the return address. Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you have informed us. The shipping costs for returning the product are at your expense, unless the product is defective upon receipt.


Right of Withdrawal

As a consumer, you have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided you are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to your commercial or professional activity.


Cancellation Policy

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, received the last goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the product. The costs for returning the goods are at your expense.

If the order is already on its way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the order and then send it back to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, with the exception of delivery costs (and additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be processed as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days after receipt of your withdrawal and the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged fees for this refund.
